Firestorm’s first super-villain, Danton Black (a.k.a. Multiplex), is scheduled to appear on The Flash tonight!
Danton Black is being played by actor Michael Smith. Can’t wait to see our favorite multiple menace in action! Check out this clip discussing Danton from tonight’s episode!

Personally I love it, but I can understand why they didn’t use it on The Flash.

I’m a little disappointed that the duplicates aren’t tiny like in multiplex’s who’s who entry.
His costume looks more like that of Silent Majority from the justly maligned Force of July.
SO EXCITED!
I really liked the episode. Yes, the fanboy in me would have loved the character to be and look more traditional, but I thought he really kicked butt. Looking forward to next week already!
Is next week a new villain, or someone I can’t recognize? “Turns self into noxious gas” doesn’t match for any Firestorm or Flash villain I can think of. (It’s a subset of Metamorpho’s powers, and we did just see Stagg this week…)
Had to research myself. It’s the Mist from Starman.
While Black appeared to die at the end, it is possible he could return. Given how Black was able to easily create instant duplicates during the final battle at Stagg Industries (as opposed to the strenuous effort to create just one duplicate in the alley earlier to take out Java), there was definitely time for Black to create another replicant while Flash’s back was turned and send that clone to charge Barry after the real Black slipped out of sight.
We will just have to wait and see…
Hope so, as not only will it give Firestorm a “reunion” with his villain but because Flash so far is following “Batman movie syndrome” as the villain of the week is always killed off.
