Those are some gorgeous sculpts and paint jobs above. Given my experience with HeroClix, somehow I don’t think they’ll look exactly that snazzy in real life.

This particular HeroClix has been available since August, but I just got around to picking him up. You can find him as part of the HeroClix War of Light wave 2 collection.

If you’ve ever bought HeroClix, you know they come with a card explaining the powers. For Black Lantern Firestorm, they explained his abilities using some of his ridiculous lines from Blackest Night. A very fun and creative way to do this! Check it out!

My thanks to Nate Winchester for reminding me to pick this up! Nate got his Black Lantern Firestorm HeroClix the legit way — he bought a random booster and got lucky. I took the lazy route and ordered it on eBay. Lazy Shag. Whatever method you chose, pick up yours today!

Another Firestorm rogue appears on The Flash tonight! Plastique is being played by actress Kelly Frye. Can’t wait to see our favorite explosive redhead in live action! Tune in tonight on the CW Network at 8pm EST!

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is in stores today! There are over 150 playable characters in the game, including our favorite Nuclear Man!

There are over 150 playable characters in the game, including our favorite Nuclear Man! The promotion specifically names Ronnie Raymond, but no mention of anyone else with him in the Firestorm matrix. The costume looks reminiscent of the classic suit, but with the Brightest Day cowl. I guess we’ll find out on November 11!

Pre-order your copy now from online retailers or your local video game shop. I purchased mine on Amazon and it should arrive on the day of release. I know what I’ll be doing on Veteran’s Day!

This is the first figure/toy/merchandise/whatever to feature Firestorm’s current costume! We’re talking about the New 52 post-Fury of Firestorm #0 costume for Ronnie & Jason combined. Well, it’s the current costume for a few more weeks until The New 52 – Futures End ships and we start seeing Firestorm’s “5 Years Later” costume. I know… I’m being nit-picky. Regardless, the chess piece looks great!

This comes packaged with a 16-page magazine featuring DC artwork and chess tips! I’m getting mine from my LCS, Mail Me My Comics.com (locally known as Cosmic Cat Comics). If your comic shop didn’t order this super-cool piece, ask if they can special order it for you.  Below is the original solicitation:
