More Firestorm on The Flash tonight!

While this week’s trailer didn’t hint much about Firestorm, we know he’ll play a major role! The episode tonight is appropriately entitled, “Fallout” featuring Robbie Amell and Victor Garber as Firestorm! Below are a few stills from the episode.

The Flash with Firestorm - Robbie Amell as Ronnie Raymond and Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow

The Flash with Firestorm - Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein with Grant Gustin as Barry Allen

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shot below of Ronnie and Professor Stein face-to-face! Looks like they are about to merge!

Check out this clip featuring Ronnie Raymond and Professor Martin Stein clashing over their shared identity. Also, be sure to note that Professor Stein calls Ronnie by the name, “Ronald.” Love that attention to detail from the comics!

So excited for tonight!!! Gleaning what we can from interviews, sounds like this will be the last episode featuring Firestorm for a while. If we’re lucky, we’ll see him again towards the end of the season, but no guarantees.

  1. Wow…that was awesome. When we got “classic” Firestorm (Stein talking in Ronnie’s head), I gave you a interstatial fist-bump, Shag.

This was excellent. The 12 year old me can’t stop smiling.

Firestorm’s first word “Professor…?” Absolutely perfect!

Too bad Flash’s writers changed Multiplex in such a horrible, almost unrecognizable way at the beginning of this season… A double-cross by this ‘Colleague in Pittsburgh’ mentioned at the end of this episode, could have had a chance to write in Danton Black’s character a little better to fit the comics.

I will look forward to seeing Firestorm control his Transmutation power, and how they add in Jason Rusch’s character into the equation. Would be funny if they made references to the fact that in the comics in the late 70s/early 80s, Firestorm was constantly making things out of Plastic (and even straight up asbestos lol) before the world started caring about the environment.

Shades of Firestorm volume 1 number 2…!
