They have an almost identical line up, save the obvious substitutions of King Shark Killer Croc (obvious) and Killer Frost Slipknot (firestorm villains). Or maybe KF is Enchantress (babe with nigh magical powers) and Slipknot will be KGBeast, the one killed to make the point. (Rick Flagg seems to be the sub for Black Spider)

It’s good but not as good as some of the previous animated films from DC. It’s very focus on the game Akrkham Asylum (which is a fantastic game). As far as Killer Frost’s appearance: she is nicer and doesn’t use her powers to the full extent. I would still have it as a must see for Matcheheads. Also, in the additional features about Harley Quinn they interview the writer for the Who’s Who issues. He discusses how he just made up the whole back history of Arkham Asylum from his head in a few minutes.
