I remember, as a teenager at the time, thinking these two were a serious step down from Pat Broderick and Paris Cullins and, a quarter-century on, I still do.

I gotta say, Multiplex’s helmet never looked better than on the cover to issue #47! All other times have been questionable.

His helmet was kind of goofy and his personality wasn’t overly memorable but he had a lot of potential.

The handshake frame got me thinking… how did Firestorm go about moving from New York to Pittsburgh? Was it ever covered because I don’t recall it.
