It was replaced during renovations in 1986. That means this panel of Firestorm is over 25-years old! Maybe it is time to consider rebooting Firestorm to make him more relevant to today’s digital youth. They might as well go ahead and redesign Lady Liberty while they’re at it; the old girl is well over 100 years old herself. Kids today can’t relate to something that old. Someone get Jim Lee on the phone: I can’t wait to see what the Statue of Liberty looks like with a bare midriff and techno boots!
